Hats Off To You!

After I learned how to crochet a doll, crocheting a hat was a piece of cake. Sharon made the red hat and I made the purple hat. They will look adorable on a sweet little baby. I can't say who the purple one is for, since they read this blog, but someone will get this in the mail soon.

Kamy has two girlfriends with birthdays this week, so I thought I'd make them some journal books. I made one for Kamy for Christmas, and she's had a great time writing in it every few weeks.

They are very simple design, with five skinny pockets for some pretty gel pens on one side, and one big pocket for a journal on the other. It is tied together with a ribbon.

Hey Shaina! Your new home is so agreeing with you and your family, you all look great. Guess who's name I saw in the new issue of CK? Yours and I am so not surprised. I know that soon I will be seeing your fantastic layouts as well. Have a great weekend.

The journal pocket is so cute, I saw one similar for keeping your Fatih in God booklet in, I like the idea of adding a journal to it. I hope your doing well!
