Got Dip?

So today I went to a baby shower for a friend. We were asked to bring something yummy to share. I ended up bringing some chips and dip, which may seem boring and uninventive. I mean, come on. There is always some form of chips and dip at every party, right? Ahhh, but you haven't tried this dip! I think every person that was there said they loved the dip.

It's called Chicken Enchilada Dip and here is how you make it.

3 chicken breasts (seasoned with seasoning salt, cooked and diced small)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chiles
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1/2 tsp each of salt, chili powder, and cumin.

Mix everything together until it is blended well. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Bring this to your next party and your friends will thank you.

YES that dip is wonderful. I've made a similar version many times and it's always a hit!!

The recipe I use is almost exact except for the salt, chili powder and cumin.

I'm craving it now.. might have to make it for the Vikings game this weekend.

That sounds absolutely amazing! I'm currently 16 weeks along with baby #3 and I've had horrible morning/all day sickness, but this is something I could keep down :)
I'll have to try it soon.
