Crispy Parmesean Chicken

Are you looking for something to make for dinner? Try this out. It's packed full of flavor.

Take about 4-5 chicken breasts or 10 chicken tenders and make sure they are defosted. Get three shallow bowls. In one, add 1 cup of flour with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper. Mix. In another bowl, break 2 eggs and beat to combine with 1 tbsp water. In the third bowl, combine 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 1 cup of parmesean cheese, shredded.
Take your chicken and coat it in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg, completely covering the flour, and then dip it in your bread crumbs/parmesean cheese mixture.
Heat some olive oil in a non-stick skillet and brown your chicken, it just takes a minute or two. Put your chicken in a pan and put in oven at 350 to cook the rest of the way through. This takes about 15 mintues.
While your chicken is in the oven, boil your angel hair pasta and steam your broccoli. When the pasta is done, drain it and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
