Left at the scene of the crime...

Kolby was suppose to be taking a nap yesterday. I put him in my room so he and Keaton wouldn't play with each other. When I came across this evidence and scolded Kolby for using scissors, he replied: "But Momma, I am a good cutter!"
I guess I should be happy he didn't refine his cutting skills on my scrapbook stuff or my clothing.

I think that one of the things about being a mom that wears me out the most is being the constant judge and source of all logic. Do I really have to explain to you why using all the shampoo to wash you ponies' hair is not a good idea? Do I really need to explain to you the difference between me making dinner, and you making 'sweet soup' with apples, sugar, and half a gallon of milk? Exhausting!

At least he was honest, has confidence in his skills and self worth. What other way can we justify cute, naughty behavior?
