Quick marinade for grilled chicken

This recipe also came from the Cooking Light Taste of Homes recipe book.

Citrus-Glazed Chicken Thighs

1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
½ tsp lime zest
¼ tsp to ½ tsp ground red pepper
12 skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt

Place 1st 7 ingredients in Ziploc bag. Add chicken and seal bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and reserve marinade.

Cook chicken on grill until done. With reserved marinade, pour into a saucepan with flour and salt. Whisk until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook 1 minute until thickend. Serve sauce with chicken.

You don't have to use chicken thighs if you don't want to. Use chicken breasts, legs, or whatever you want. This would also be great for fish, if that is your thing. This could also be cooked in the oven instead of on the grill.

I made this marinade recently and it was a HUGE hit with my family. I'm back today to throw together some more bags to pop in the freezer. Thanks for sharing!!!
