Last Night's Dinner

Last night I tried two new recipes. Both were very good. We decided to have a Chinese night, so I made Chinese Fried Rice and Lemon Chicken. Both came from Ricipezaar.

Tonight, I'm making a Crock Pot Stroganoff and Crescent rolls. I got the stroganoff recipe from Heath's cousin Chantelle, and the crescent roll recipe came from my friend Annaka.

What's for dinner tonight for you?

PS. For my Colorado Friends, add and additional 2 cups of flour when making the crescent rolls, due to our altitude. The rolls were FANTASTIC!

YUM! I need to find some inspiration in the kitchen. Dinner has been so boring lately...

Wish I could be a fly on your wall...or even better, a doggie under the kitchen table! Your family is lucky to have you! And let me know if you have good luck baking bread here...I need some tips. I made rolls last week and they were flat and mushy.

Last nights dinner at this house was quite thrown together. We had sweet potatoes, rice pilaf, salad, and fresh pineapple. We really are eating way too healthy over here. TOo bad I'm not losing any weight because it's WAY too cold to run outside!
